Flood Restoration GTA was founded in 2009 in the wake of the severe flooding that devastated Brampton and neighbouring communities. Our founder, a certified water damage technician who spent years working for large national chains, saw firsthand how homeowners were being underserved — slow response times, impersonal service, and complicated insurance processes left families feeling helpless.

He started Flood Restoration GTA with a simple promise: to treat every client's home like it was our own family's home. What began as a 3-person crew has grown into a 40+ certified technician operation serving every corner of the Greater Toronto Area.

We perform a comprehensive assessment using moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and air quality sensors. Every affected area is photographed and documented for your insurance claim — at no charge to you.

Water Extraction

Industrial truck-mounted and portable extractors remove standing water rapidly — including water absorbed into carpets, padding, and hardwood. We begin the same visit.

Drying & Dehumidification

Professional LGR dehumidifiers and high-velocity air movers are positioned strategically throughout the affected area. We monitor moisture levels daily and adjust equipment until IICRC-standard dryness is confirmed.

Cleaning & Sanitization

All affected surfaces are treated with professional-grade antimicrobial solutions. We address odours at the source and apply preventive mold inhibitors where warranted.

Restoration, Repair & Final Sign-Off

We rebuild what needs to be rebuilt — drywall, insulation, paint, trim — and conduct a final walkthrough with you. We provide a signed completion report and our workmanship warranty before we consider the job done.
